Then you need to drink 1 liter of water. Drink another 250 ml after 20-25 minutes. Drink another 250 ml after 20-25 minutes. By this time you should be pretty desperate. Start the video from this point and have a timer with you. Each 5 minutes you are allowed to pee in small cup (about 50 ml) and put it in container or measurement. Drink another 50-100 ml after you pee (to make sure your desperation keep increasing 🙂 ). It is ok to continue the game if you are leaking or miss your aim into the cup.
